Finn Construction specializes in hotel renovations. We are experts in Property Improvement Plans (PIPS), and conversions. From simple Franchise PIPS, Brand Conversions, to redevelopment of non hotel properties, in to hospitality.

We are customer driven. We serve customers’ needs above all else, because we don’t believe we can be in business for the long haul without it. We are focused on serving the specific needs that go into every project, although some work may be similar each job is unique and presents challenges our customers are seeking to overcome.

Finn Construction was built on providing turn key solutions, for our customers. We are experts at listening to your needs, and facilitating the strategy and implementing our plan to achieve the desired results.

Finn Construction specializes in restoration and renovations. We have 10+ year of experience navigating loss with claims services and have recently amassed tremendous experience larger commercial renovations, specializing in redevelopment of multi-family and hotel properties.
